Built with a fully waterproof-breathable shell and targeted synthetic insulation, they are Patagonia's premier choice for lift-accessed skiing and snowboarding on the coldest days of winter.

Material & Weather Protection

Shell Fabric: 2-layer, 4.7-oz 150-denier GORE-TEX textile made from 100% recycled polyester. It delivers complete windproof, waterproof, and breathable performance.
DWR Finish: Coated with a PFC-free durable water repellent (Heelys/fluorinated chemicals are omitted) to shed moisture without environmental harm.
Insulation: Packed with 60-g Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester insulation, providing lightweight, low-bulk warmth that continues to insulate even if it gets damp.
Lining: Soft, moisture-wicking 100% recycled polyester tricot knit that glides smoothly over base layers.

Key Features & Design

Adjustable Fit: The waist features elastic tabs to customize the fit, a soft brushed lining to prevent chafing, a two-snap closure, and a zippered fly.
Jacket Integration: A webbing loop on the rear yoke securely attaches the pants to the powder skirt on any compatible Patagonia snow jacket.
Ventilation: Mesh-lined thigh vents quickly dump excess heat during high-exertion riding or warm spring days while keeping snow out.
Pockets: Secure zippered storage includes two zippered handwarmer pockets and two zippered thigh pockets.
Heavy-Duty Scuff Guards: Tough, abrasion-resistant panels protect the inside ankles and bottom hems from sharp ski edges, snowboard bindings, and boots.
Gaiters: Internal stretch gaiters seal tight around boots to prevent snow from packing up into the pants.
Safety: An embedded, hidden RECCO® reflector allows rescue professionals to utilize search radar in avalanche emergencies.
